In this invigorating 45-minute power vinyasa class you can expect high energy, playfulness and inspiration to get your body moving and clear your mind. Beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners receive direction from seasoned instructor Julie Mathers to create poses that work for your individual level. Take part in coming together as a community, experiencing a yoga class in the ring or ringside at Lancaster City Boxing Academy, all while supporting better health and a brighter future for those who deserve to thrive. ♥

Why Yoga: The science is clear: Yoga's physical and mental benefits are interconnected, offering a whole body approach to well-being.
