Our beginner-friendly 45-minute "Sweet Flow" Yoga class is open to all ages and all experience levels, whether this is your first class or your hundredth. Every pose in this moderate flow mat class can be adapted, let us show you how! Take part in coming together as a community, experiencing a yoga class in the hip & innovative Candy Factory co-working space, all while supporting better health and a brighter future for those who deserve to thrive. ♥

Why Yoga: The science is clear: Yoga's physical and mental benefits are interconnected, offering a whole body approach to well-being.   • Donation is optional. Average donation is $20-50.
