AIM to Empower is committed to providing life-changing wellness practices for those who otherwise do not have access to such experiences. Our Current Programs
with the Practice of Yoga
A.I.M. to Empower builds community and connection through partnerships. We take yoga outside of the studio and bring it to organizations that serve early childhood education, mental health, prison systems, addiction recovery, youth intervention, senior citizens, transitional housing and more.
