Yoga & Mindfulness Programs

Our programs take place in prisons, senior centers, detention centers, addiction treatment centers, city schools, mental illness facilities and more

WE BELIEVE EVERYONE DESERVES ACCESS TO THE TOOLS OF SELF-REGULATION ATTAINED THROUGH A CONSISTENT YOGA & MINDFULNESS PRACTICE.

AIM for Access

A.I.M. to Empower offers both in-person and virtual outreach yoga classes throughout the Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas to a diverse and extensive set of programs. Our mission, creating connection and opportunity through the practices of yoga, is not limited to these groups. It’s something we hope to extend to any and all underserved communities who could benefit from the practices that we have found so essential to our wellbeing. A.I.M.’s passion is sharing the practices—asana, inquiry, and meditation—that have helped to transform lives.
