Our Programs

A.I.M.’s passion is sharing the practices—asana, inquiry, and meditation—that have helped to transform lives.

We are dedicated to transforming and uplifting communities by creating connection.

AIM for Access

A.I.M. to Empower offers both in-person and virtual outreach yoga classes throughout the Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas to a diverse and extensive set of programs. Our mission, creating connection and opportunity through the practices of yoga, is not limited to these groups. It’s something we hope to extend to any and all underserved communities who could benefit from the practices that we have found so essential to our wellbeing. A.I.M.’s passion is sharing the practices—asana, inquiry, and meditation—that have helped to transform lives. Ask us how we can support you in bringing A.I.M. to Empower programs to your community virtually.

Below is a diverse representation of the communities and organizations that A.I.M. to Empower serves. It is not inclusive, as we are always growing and looking for more opportunities to serve.
